Superior's original master-planned community, over 2,000 homes built primarily by Richmond American across the 1990s on rolling terrain with Flatirons views. Two free community pools, 27 miles of trails, and a Blue Ribbon elementary school make it the anchor of residential life in Superior. Parts of the western and central sections sustained Marshall Fire damage in 2021 and have been rebuilt with updated fire-resistant construction.
