Information We Collect

Living in Denver (livingindenver.co) does not require user accounts. Browsing the site never asks you for personal information. We do not sell personal data. Beyond the anonymous usage measurement described in the Analytics section below, the only information we collect is the email address you can choose to give us on the Move to Denver Quiz results page, described next.

Move to Denver Quiz Report

The quiz runs entirely in your browser and your answers are not sent anywhere while you take it. If you ask for the full report, we collect your first name, last name and email address, the link to your PDF report and the code that encodes your answers. Requesting the report is your request for Jessica Carcoana, the licensed real estate contact for this site, to contact you about it. The submission is stored in a Google Form and its linked Google Sheet, which Jessica uses to follow up. Google processes the submission under its own privacy policy. We keep submissions for 12 months, then delete them. To have yours deleted sooner, use the contact address at the bottom of this page and include the address you submitted. The PDF is generated from your answers and shows the name and email address you entered at the top; it is produced on request from the link you hold, never stored on our servers, and not indexed by search engines.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most visited and where visitors arrive from). Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visits and may process your truncated IP address and browser details according to Google’s privacy policy. We use this data only as aggregate statistics; we do not use it to identify individuals and we do not run advertising. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. We also use Vercel Speed Insights, which reports anonymous page-performance timings and does not set cookies.

Third-Party Services

This site embeds content from YouTube (video playlists) and uses map tiles from CARTO/OpenStreetMap. These services may collect usage data according to their own privacy policies. The “Talk to a Local Pro” links direct you to an external booking service (justwithjessica.com), which has its own privacy practices.

Data Sources

All community data displayed on this site comes from publicly available sources: housing-market and listing data, school-rating services, transit agencies, walkability indices, the U.S. Census Bureau, and official city and town government websites. We do not collect or store data about individual properties or persons.
