Westminster's ambitious 105-acre redevelopment of the former Westminster Mall site, transforming into a walkable mixed-use downtown with 18 acres of parks, retail, dining, and for-sale residential. The Thrash Group is building the first ownership units: 34 townhomes and 40 condominiums. A central park is under construction for spring 2026 completion. Sales tax revenue has soared from $4M (2022) to over $7.2M (2023), signaling rapid commercial activation.
