West-central Loveland's newer counterpart to Namaqua Hills, homes from 1,400 to 4,300 square feet constructed in the mid-2000s on lots approaching an acre. Some parcels are large enough for horseback riding or hosting events. A bit pricier than other Northern Colorado properties but the size, location, and mountain proximity justify the premium.
