Beulah Highlands
By Jessica Car · Updated April 2026
A boutique gated community of just 17 home sites bordering San Isabel National Forest on its west and south boundaries; the forest section adjacent to the community is closed to public access, giving owners an unmatched buffer of wilderness privacy. The landscape is a mosaic of meadows, mature ponderosa pine, a seasonal creek, and a small pond. Lots run five to fifteen acres with mountain views in every direction. The intimate scale of the community (never more than 17 homesites) creates a low-density, close-knit feel. Custom-built homes emphasize mountain character with wood, stone, and large windows framing the forest.
