North Pueblo West
By Jessica Car · Updated April 2026
The growth side of Pueblo West, north of US-50, newer homes mix with vacant lots on quarter-acre to 1.5-acre parcels. Mountain views toward Pikes Peak and the Greenhorns are a major draw. Platteville Boulevard provides a direct east-west connector, and I-25 is closer from this side, making it popular with Colorado Springs commuters. More new construction activity here than anywhere else in Pueblo West.
