Montecito fills a pocket of RidgeGate west of I-25 with ranch style patio homes and single-family houses built between 2006 and 2014, most of them planned around single level living. Montecito Drive loops toward the Lone Tree Recreation Center, a 55,000 square foot building at 10249 RidgeGate Circle with an indoor track, aquatics, pickleball and racquetball, about a quarter mile away. Prairie Sky Park sits a third of a mile north, and Bluffs Regional Park, 235 acres with a 2.7 mile soft surface loop, is a little over a mile west. Sky Ridge Medical Center stands within half a mile, and RidgeGate Parkway reaches the I-25 interchange in about three minutes.
