Falcon Highlands
By Jessica Car · Updated April 2026
A 347-home subdivision at the intersection of Woodmen Road and Rolling Thunder Way, the closest thing to suburban convenience in the Peyton corridor. Quarter-acre to half-acre lots with 2,500 to 4,000 finished square feet, most with basements and 3-car garages. Built between 2005 and 2018, homes are newer than much of the surrounding area. The Falcon Highlands Marketplace and Falcon Town Center put Walmart, Walgreens, dining, and a library branch within a few minutes' drive, a significant advantage in a region where 'running errands' often means 25 minutes to Colorado Springs.
