Baseline covers about 1,100 acres southwest of Interstate 25 and Colorado 7 on the former North Park property, with roughly 9,000 residences planned at full build-out over the next two to four decades. West Village has sold out. Parkside West is the active phase, where Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, David Weekley Homes and Dream Finders Homes price single-family homes, townhomes and paired homes from the mid $500s past $1 million. The 62-acre Parklands follows Preble Creek through the plan, and Rally Park, with basketball and pickleball courts, a climbing wall and a pavilion, opens in summer 2027. Sheridan Parkway and West 166th Avenue carry local traffic out to Colorado 7 and the Northwest Parkway.
