Monticello
By Jessica Car · Updated April 2026
Federal Heights' largest single-family subdivision with 575 homes radiating from W 90th Avenue and Orleans Street. Built primarily in the 1960s, the neighborhood offers ranch, raised-ranch, and two-story homes on compact lots, no HOA, no pretense, and one of the more affordable entry points in the north metro. Greg Mastriona Golf Course at Hyland Hills is about three miles away.
