Northglenn's architectural gem, 28 custom midcentury modern homes built by H.A. Swanson between 1955 and 1960 on a ridge overlooking downtown Denver and the Rockies. 'Deza' means 'high place' in Navajo. Featured in the 1956 Parade of Homes, this enclave predates the city of Northglenn itself and draws midcentury enthusiasts from across the metro.
