Risewell Homes and New Home Co. began this single-family subdivision in 2022, with plans reaching about 3,263 square feet, six bedrooms and a two-story great room, on lots of roughly 0.10 to 0.20 acres. It sits in Thornton's far northeast in the 160th Avenue and Quebec Street corridor, where new grading still meets older county parcels and open ground.
