Six flags of plats recorded between 2000 and 2010 gave this pocket its range: single-family homes from 1,216 to 3,969 square feet, plus The Vistas at Cherrywood Park townhomes of 1,200 to 1,850 square feet added from 2006 through 2017. The seven acre park the neighborhood is named for sits on Madison Street with a playground and looping walking paths. Prairie Hills Elementary stands inside the subdivision at 13801 Garfield Place, and Rocky Top Middle School is a mile northwest on York Street. County records place the blocks between 137th and 141st Avenues, York Street to Colorado Boulevard, with Washington Street about a mile and a half west and I-25 roughly ten minutes out.
