Three flags recorded between 2002 and 2006 laid out midsize single-family homes on curving streets, with traffic calming roundabouts, bike paths, and pocket parks set into gently rolling ground. An amendment recorded in 2025 shows the tract still filling in. County plats put the blocks between 130th and 137th Avenues along Quebec Street, with Brantner Village Park about half a mile off. Riverdale Regional Park lies a mile and a half southeast at 4430 South Adams County Parkway, where the county keeps rentable pavilions, volleyball courts, the Adams Hollow disc golf course, and a trailhead onto the South Platte River Trail. E-470 sits about three miles east, and Riverdale Ridge High School is a mile northeast.
