Encore at Eastlake was platted as the Eastlake Lifestyle Community Condominiums, and county records list 140 attached units addressed on Monroe Drive, Madison Way and Madison Court between E 124th and E 127th Avenue. All are classed as condominiums of under three stories, built from 2015 through 2018 with 83 of them finished in 2018 alone, and above grade areas run about 1,300 to 1,620 square feet on footprints near 2,000 square feet. Colorado Boulevard is a quarter mile east and Eastlake Park about half a mile west. The Eastlake and 124th station, the north end of RTD's N Line, is roughly a mile out along E 124th Avenue.
