Grange Creek Park sits at the neighborhood's center, and the Grange Hall Creek Trail links out to Thornton's wider trail network from there. Washington Street is about five minutes west and I-25 about ten minutes east, with East 108th Avenue nearby. Adams 12 Five Star Schools serves the area, feeding into Mountain Range High School. Board-and-batten exteriors with bay windows mark most of the original 1970s construction.
