Thornton's largest new master-planned community covers roughly 800 acres and nearly 3,000 planned homes across five villages called Garden North, Arbor West, Terrace East, South Veranda, and The Bloom. Lennar and Taylor Morrison opened Garden North in 2025 with townhomes, paired homes, and single-family plans on lots of about 0.08 to 0.20 acres. Parterre Parkway is already paved east from the Holly Street side toward Quebec Street between roughly 148th and 152nd Avenue, with graded construction parcels still filling in behind it. Pocket parks, pickleball courts, and a planned pool and fitness building sit inside the villages, with the Todd Creek Greenway trail along the north. Downtown Denver is about 20 minutes south on I-25.
