Lennar built this single-family neighborhood from 2018 onward, mostly two-story New Traditional and Prairie-influenced plans of about 2,400 to 3,000 square feet on lots near a tenth to two tenths of an acre, on sidewalk-lined blocks around 144th Avenue and Holly Street. Willow Bend Park sits at the center with a playground, a basketball court and multipurpose turf, and a second green space, Willow Bend II Signal Hill Park, anchors the northern phase. Trail Winds Park and Recreation Center is about a mile and a half south down Holly Street, holding one of Thornton's two indoor pools and an indoor walking track. I-25 is roughly ten minutes west, and downtown Denver is about 20 road miles south.
