Homestead Hills spreads from E 136th Avenue to E 139th Avenue along Ash, Cherry, Clermont and Dexter Streets on the east side of Colorado Boulevard. County records show about 285 houses finished between 2003 and 2010, mostly two story plans near 2,600 finished square feet, followed by roughly 100 lower maintenance paired homes recorded from 2019 through 2021. Homestead Hills Park caps the north end, and its paved trail ties into the Colorado Boulevard Trail, which runs the length of the city. E 136th Avenue heads west to I-25 in about seven minutes, passing Denver Premium Outlets and Cabela's on the way.
