Berthoud's largest future development -- a 306-acre master plan on the historic Ludlow Farm approved by the Town Board in 2023. The first phase delivers 439 single-family homes by Mission Homes CO, a local builder specializing in affordable construction. Full buildout envisions 1,500 to 1,800 homes including townhomes, condos, and commercial space. First homes expected to begin construction in 2026. Pricing not yet published; estimates based on Berthoud market comps and the affordable-housing focus of Mission Homes.
