Sapphire Pointe took shape over nearly two decades, from 1999 to 2017, as D.R. Horton, Continental Homes, Ryland Homes, and Village Homes filled in the Cutters Ridge, Cliffside, and Puma Ridge sections with roughly 890 single-family homes on lots from a fifth of an acre to a full acre.
