University Boulevard, E. Dry Creek Road, and S. Clarkson Street, with a scattering of later townhomes and condos. The open-air Streets at SouthGlenn holds down the University and Arapahoe corner with a grocery anchor, restaurants, and a library branch, while the eight-acre Clarkson Park and the High Line Canal greenway cover the west side and the 82-acre deKoevend Park is half a mile north on University.
