Ballpark / Coors Field District
By Jessica Car · Updated April 2026
The northeast quadrant of LoDo surrounding Coors Field, where game-day energy meets year-round urban living. Blake Street between 20th and 22nd is the spine: sports bars, breweries, and restaurants that spill onto patios 81 nights a season (plus concerts and events). Housing ranges from converted 1890s warehouse lofts along Wazee and Blake to modern mid-rise condos and the luxury residences at McGregor Square (opened 2021, developed by Dick Monfort). The Dairy Block micro-district at 18th and Wazee combines a boutique hotel, chef-driven alley restaurants, and retail. Pricing skews slightly more accessible than the Wynkoop corridor, with smaller lofts and studios starting in the mid-$300Ks. Noise is part of the deal. If game-day crowds and late-night energy bother you, look elsewhere. Proximity to RiNo across 20th Street adds gallery nights, street art, and brewery-hopping to the mix.
