Union Station / Wynkoop Corridor
By Jessica Car · Updated April 2026
The gravitational center of LoDo, Union Station anchors a stretch of Wynkoop Street lined with renovated 1880s-1900s warehouses and modern mixed-use towers. The 1914 Beaux-Arts depot was reimagined in 2014 into a transit hub, boutique hotel, and food hall that functions as Denver's living room. Residential options range from converted warehouse lofts in buildings like The Acme Lofts and Ice House to newer high-rise condos with mountain views. This is the most transit-connected address in Colorado: the A Line reaches DIA in 37 minutes, five light rail lines fan across the metro, and Amtrak and Bustang provide regional service. Walk out the door to craft cocktails, morning espresso, or a train to the mountains. HOA fees run higher here due to full-service buildings with concierge, fitness centers, and rooftop amenities.
