Crystal Hills
By Jessica Car · Updated April 2026
Manitou Springs' largest defined subdivision, approximately 479 homes on the southeastern ridge above town, annexed in the 1960s. Primarily ranch, split-level, and a few custom houses built between the mid-1960s and late 1980s with 1,500–3,000 finished square feet. Not gated like neighboring Crystal Park, but the elevated position delivers sweeping foothill views and a quiet, residential atmosphere. Unofficial trail access to Red Mountain and the Intemann Trail is a major draw for hikers.
