Peakview

By Jessica Car · Updated April 2026

One of Manitou Springs' 16 historic subdistricts, Peakview occupies the upper hillsides south and west of the commercial core. Mid-century ranches and mountain cabins sit on generous lots with sweeping Pikes Peak panoramas. The name is well earned. The terrain is steep and driveways can be challenging in winter, but the payoff is altitude, privacy, and some of the best views in town. A mix of long-time residents and newcomers drawn by the bohemian-mountain lifestyle.
