Elephant Rock Acres
By Jessica Car · Updated April 2026
Palmer Lake's most established affordable subdivision, 70 homes in the southeastern part of town between CO-105 and Westward Lane. Housing is mostly ranch-style with a few two-story and raised-ranch designs, ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 above-grade square feet on lots of 7,000 square feet to a third of an acre. A mix of 1960s originals and newer infill keeps prices accessible by Palmer Lake standards.
