Glen Park
By Jessica Car · Updated April 2026
Palmer Lake's most storied neighborhood, the historic Glen dates to the 1887 Rocky Mountain Chautauqua Assembly, when hundreds came for classes and social events in tent cottages named Columbine, Glen Bonnie, Hiawatha, and Wander Inn. Today the Glen is an eclectic mix of preserved 19th-century cabins, mid-century cottages, and modern custom builds threaded around a community park with a playground and tennis court. Views of Palmer Lake, Elephant Rock, and Ben Lomand Mountain are woven into the streetscape.
