The Broadlands wraps 23 sub-neighborhoods and roughly 2,400 homes around an 18-hole public golf course whose fairways thread the plan from West 136th Avenue north to West 144th. Builders worked the site from 1998 to 2005, producing single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums under names including The Village, The Falls at Legend Trail, The Boulders at Legend Trail, Indigo Creek, Lakefront and Fairway Oaks. Broadlands West Park adds a baseball field, gazebo and playgrounds on the west side, and a community pool sits beside the course. Sheridan Boulevard bounds the west edge and Lowell Boulevard the east, with the Broadlands Shopping Center at 144th and Lowell and Interstate 25 about three miles further on.
