Taylor Morrison built 532 single-level homes here between 2014 and 2019 in two collections running 1,584 to 2,247 and 2,291 to 2,858 square feet, and the age-restricted 55+ community is now sold out. The Lodge holds a fitness center, catering kitchen, billiards room, and an outdoor pool and spa, with gardening plots and the Skyestone Pond and Mountainview trails just outside the door. Great Western Reservoir open space is under a mile northwest, and dues run about $182 to $203 a month.
