Red Hawk wraps the Red Hawk Ridge Golf Course, a Town of Castle Rock course at 2156 Red Hawk Ridge Drive that Audubon International certifies as a Cooperative Sanctuary and that Colorado AvidGolfer readers voted the best public course in the Denver region for 2024. Lennar and other builders have worked here since 2003, setting ranch and two story homes on lots of roughly 5,000 to 8,000 square feet. The practice ground carries more than 35 turf stations, target greens, a practice bunker and two putting greens, with the Clubhouse Grill alongside. Water wise landscaping is encouraged across the neighborhood, synthetic lawn included. Downtown Castle Rock lies about a mile and a half southeast, and Meadows Parkway is the link to I-25.
