Ridgeview Hills was platted in nine filings between 1965 and 1974 as Ridgeview Hills, Ridgeview Hills North, and Ridgeview Hills South, and its mid-century ranches, tri-levels, and two-stories sit on quarter- to third-acre lots between S. Colorado Boulevard and S. Holly Street, running from E. Dry Creek Road up toward E. Orchard Road. Separate associations cover the north and south halves. The 18-acre Little Dry Creek Park on S. Clermont Court lies inside the northern section and the High Line Canal greenway runs a short distance west. Everything is Littleton Public Schools, but the north half feeds Lenski Elementary and Littleton High while the south half feeds Franklin Elementary and Arapahoe High, so verify by address. Goodson Recreation Center on S. University Boulevard is about a mile and a half west.
