Heritage is inside Littleton city limits in Arapahoe County, a mature tract south of downtown where build dates span 1960 to 2005, ranch plans and later Craftsman infill on lots of roughly 7,000 to 12,000 square feet. Wide streets carry sycamores and evergreens older than much of the newer construction. Breckenridge Brewery on Brewery Lane and the Aspen Grove open air center on South Santa Fe Drive are each about a mile off, and the Littleton Mineral station at the south end of the D Line sits a similar distance away. South Platte Park, 880 acres of river corridor with fishing lakes and the Carson Nature Center, is a short ride west.
