Sheffield Homes platted 141 houses here between 1993 and 1998, working through two-story, ranch, split-level, and tri-level plans on lots of 7,500 square feet up to a third of an acre. The tract runs along Lone Tree's western boundary, with Quebec Street just outside it and interior green spaces kept up by the association. Lincoln Avenue forms the south edge and runs east to I-25 in roughly two miles, crossing the Lone Tree Golf Club on the way. Eagle Ridge Elementary is a third of a mile north, and Sweetwater Park sits about a mile northeast on Mercury Drive.
