Auburn Hills

Auburn Hills is a 2000s subdivision of 422 properties west of downtown Parker, split into 246 single-family homes, 104 patio and alley-load homes, and 72 townhomes, most in the 2,600 sqft range on lots of 5,000 sqft to 0.15 acre. East Auburn Hills Drive loops through the middle of the neighborhood to Auburn Hills Community Park, a Town of Parker park at the south end, and the East/West Regional Trail runs along the southern boundary west toward Newlin Gulch. The community pool is shared with the adjoining Bradbury Ranch, whose parcels wrap the west and north sides, and the Auburn Hills Centre retail strip sits at the north end along East Auburn Hills Drive. Jordan Road leads north to E-470 in about 5 minutes, dues run $85 to $135 a month with trash and common-area maintenance included, and Cherokee Trail Elementary is roughly a mile north on Clarke Farms Drive.
