High Prairie Farms is a pocket of about 200 custom houses on 2-acre and larger lots along the south side of the Pinery Country Club course, built mostly between 1990 and 2010 with each house set well back from the road. The terrain rolls and is left largely natural between homesites. The Colorado Horse Park lies under a mile to the south, and Bayou Gulch Regional Park and Sagewood Middle School sit about a mile southeast. Pinery Parkway and Bayou Gulch Road connect west to Parker Road (Hwy 83), about 2 miles away, for the run north to downtown Parker or south to Franktown. Resales typically land between $1.3M and $2.5M, with the Pinery HOA at about $33 a year.
