Tallman Gulch is a 454-acre custom-home community on Parker's east side, platted with 121 homesites of about 1.5 acres each and built out largely between 2009 and 2018. The name comes from the drainage that runs northwest through east Parker toward Cherry Creek, and more than 230 acres, about half the land, is held as open space. Hilltop Road is the main connector, passing Legend High School at 22219 East Hilltop Road on the way to Parker Road (Hwy 83), about 5 minutes away, with East Mainstreet as the alternate route into downtown. Black Bear Golf Club off Canterberry Parkway is the nearest course, and Cimarron Middle School sits near Legend on the same corridor. Resales run from about $900K to $1.6M and higher.
