Pinery Glen is a 541-house subdivision on the south side of The Pinery, built by Continental Homes between 1996 and 2004 on lots from about 6,000 square feet to a quarter acre, which makes it the most compact and the least expensive part of the community. Two-story, split-level and ranch plans repeat across the subdivision, and a $60-a-month HOA maintains the pool and deck, playground, tennis and basketball courts and the internal trail links. Pinery Glen Park sits at the north end, Ponderosa High School is about half a mile east, and the Cherry Creek Trail's Pinery trailhead is roughly 1.3 miles north. Parker Road (Hwy 83) lies about a mile west, reached by way of Pinery Parkway, with downtown Parker about 5 miles north. Resales generally fall between $500K and $750K.
