Canterberry Crossing, legally the Villages of Parker Master Association, spreads over the hills east of downtown along Canterberry Parkway, with 2,583 homes in 14 sub-associations built from the mid-1980s to 2015 by eight builders including Ryland, Standard Pacific, Richmond American and Pulte. Plans run from two-story and ranch to tri-level, mostly 2,000 to 4,000 square feet on lots of 6,000 square feet to a quarter acre. The master association keeps one pool, five parks and tennis courts; 2026 master dues are $255 a quarter with sub-association dues on top, and trash pickup is included. Black Bear Golf Club fronts Canterberry Parkway in the middle of the community, and the 4.4-mile Sulphur Gulch Trail links the internal paths to Mainstreet and the Cherry Creek Trail at Bar CCC Park. Mainstreet reaches Parker Road in about 3 minutes, and E-470 is about 8 minutes north.
