Newlin Meadows lies east of South Chambers Road along Newlin Gulch Boulevard on Parker's west side, 267 homes that David Weekley built between 2005 and 2015. Two-story and ranch plans carry 2,000 to 3,500 square feet above grade, most over basements and a few with walkouts, on lots from 6,000 square feet to a quarter acre with two- and three-car garages. The association maintains the neighborhood parks, playgrounds, and basketball court and includes trash pickup in dues.
