Pine Bluffs occupies a ponderosa-covered rise on the east side of Parker Road just north of the Hess Road intersection, about 2 miles south of Mainstreet. The original section is semi-custom Toll Brothers homes from the mid-1990s onward with stone fireplaces and vaulted ceilings on lots of 6,000 sqft to a third of an acre, priced from about $1M to $2M, while the newer Townhomes at Pine Bluffs section along Pine Bluffs Way starts near $500K and has a pool within it. The neighborhood's open space and pocket parks connect east to the Tallman Gulch Trail, and McCabe Meadows on Cherry Creek, about a half mile northwest, ties into the Cherry Creek Regional Trail. Iron Horse Elementary is a little over half a mile north on Tallman Drive, a small retail strip anchors the Parker Road entrance, and Pinery Country Club and Colorado Golf Club are each about 10 minutes south.
