Willow Park is a compact subdivision of single-family homes from the 1980s and 1990s on 5,500 sqft to 0.15 acre lots, just south of East Mainstreet and about three quarters of a mile east of the downtown core. The Sulphur Gulch Trail runs along the neighborhood's north edge and reaches Discovery Park at 20115 E. Mainstreet in roughly 15 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike, and Willow Pointe Park inside the subdivision has tennis and basketball courts. Pioneer Elementary at 10881 Riva Ridge Drive is about a quarter mile east, with Riva Ridge Park beside it. The association fee is around $110 a quarter and covers trash, Parker Road is a 3 minute drive west, and prices from $350K to $535K place the neighborhood in Parker's most accessible tier of detached homes.
