Stroh Ranch is one of Parker's largest subdivisions, roughly 1,345 homes built from 1988 to 2018 by Richmond American and other builders, mixing single-family houses on 5,000 sqft to 0.20 acre lots with townhomes and condos. Cherry Creek runs north through the middle of the neighborhood, and the paved Cherry Creek Regional Trail follows it past the Stroh Ranch Soccer Fields and the Lemon Gulch Trail junction toward Salisbury Regional Park, where a $16.2 million expansion is adding four lighted ballfields and two turf fields through 2026. The community recreation center off Stroh Ranch Way has indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and a fitness room, with dues near $48 a month. Legacy Point Elementary and Keyser Creek Park sit on the west side, and the Stroh Ranch Center shops at Parker Road and Stroh Road put daily shopping at hand and E-470 about 10 minutes away.
