Ironstone is a 375-unit condominium complex built from 2000 to 2002 at the Parker Road and Stroh Road corner of Stroh Ranch, with three-story buildings holding one- and two-bedroom units of roughly 700 to 1,100 sqft. At $260K to $320K it is among the lowest-priced entries into Parker, and the association fee covers exterior maintenance, roofs, insurance, snow removal, and trash along with a clubhouse, pool, and fitness room. The Stroh Ranch Center shops share the same corner, the Cherry Creek Regional Trail is about a third of a mile west through the neighborhood, and the Stroh Ranch recreation center with its tennis courts and pools sits a few hundred yards up Stroh Ranch Way. Parker Road runs north to Mainstreet in about 10 minutes, and Legacy Point Elementary, Sagewood Middle, and Ponderosa High are the assigned schools.
