Hidden River spreads east of Hilltop Road on Parker's east side in two filings, Hidden River I and II, built through the 1990s and early 2000s with Richmond American among the builders, and counts range from 273 homes in the core filing to more than 900 across the whole plat. Two-story, ranch, bi-level, and tri-level plans carry 1,500 to 3,000 square feet above grade on lots from 5,500 square feet to a third of an acre, all over basements. Dues of $40 to $70 a month cover grounds and, for most filings, the clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts. Iron Horse Elementary borders the neighborhood on Tallman Drive beside the 9-acre Iron Horse Park, where the Tallman Gulch Trail runs 0.8 miles north to the Sulphur Gulch Trail. Downtown Parker is about a mile away, close enough to walk to Mainstreet events.
