Salisbury Heights is an 80-home Century Communities subdivision west of Motsenbocker Road, built between 2015 and 2018 from twelve floor plans in two series, ranch, main-floor primary suite, and two-story, on 6,500 to 8,000 square foot lots. Homes run about 2,000 to 3,300 square feet above grade over basements with two- and three-car garages, and dues opened at $77 a month for common grounds plus trash and recycling. Across Motsenbocker sits Salisbury Regional Park, 160 acres with a lighted equestrian arena, youth ballfields, an ADA playground, and a link to the Cherry Creek Regional Trail. Mainstreet and downtown Parker are about a mile north, and Parker Road is a 5-minute drive.
