Clarke Farms is a late-1990s to early-2000s subdivision between Jordan Road and Cherry Creek, south of Lincoln Avenue, with single-family homes on lots of 6,000 square feet to a fifth of an acre and streets shaded by honey locust and pine trees that have had 25 years to grow. Cherokee Trail Elementary stands on Clarke Farms Drive at the north edge of the neighborhood, and the association's $120-a-month dues cover a pool, tennis courts and several playgrounds. Internal paths lead east to the Cherry Creek Regional Trail, the Town's 8-mile concrete spine, whose Bar CCC Park trailhead at Twenty Mile Road is about a mile away. Mainstreet in downtown Parker is about 2 miles east, and Jordan Road or Lincoln Avenue reach E-470 in about 5 minutes.
