Bradbury Ranch fills the blocks between Jordan Road and Mainstreet on Parker's west side, built out by D.R. Horton between 1996 and 2006 in two sub-areas, Auburn Hills and Bradbury Hills, with two-story, ranch, and multi-level plans over basements on lots from 5,000 square feet to a third of an acre. The association runs a pool and tennis court, though pool access depends on the filing, and dues run about $85 to $135 a month. Prairie Crossing Elementary sits inside the subdivision on South Bradbury Ranch Drive beside the 3-acre Auburn Hills Community Park and its outdoor amphitheater. Neighborhood paths lead east along Mainstreet to Bar CCC Park and the Cherry Creek Regional Trail about 1.2 miles away, and Mainstreet west is the usual run to I-25.
