Heirloom is a 390-home neighborhood along Heirloom Parkway on Parker's west side, built by CalAtlantic Homes between 2013 and 2018 with two-story and ranch plans of about 3,000 to 5,700 square feet, basements, and three- or four-car garages on lots from 5,500 square feet to a quarter acre. It lies directly south of Stepping Stone and north of Hess Road, and the north shore of Rueter-Hess Reservoir is under a mile to the south. The association runs a clubhouse and pool with playgrounds and internal trails, and dues cover trash and recycling pickup. RidgeGate Parkway carries traffic west to I-25 in about 4 minutes, Lincoln Avenue leads east toward Parker Road, and E-470 is about 5 minutes away.
