Meridian Village lines Meridian Village Parkway just south of Lincoln Avenue and west of Chambers Road, in unincorporated Douglas County with a Parker mailing address and streets maintained by the county. Richmond American and KB Home built it out between 2008 and 2015 with two-story and ranch single-family plans on lots of 5,500 square feet to a fifth of an acre, plus townhome rows in sections named Heritage and The Farmhouse. Pools and open space belong to the neighborhood associations rather than the metro districts; the community pool has changing rooms and picnic areas, and paths link the pocket parks and playgrounds. Chaparral High School on Brookstone Drive is about a mile northeast, Lincoln Avenue reaches I-25 in about 5 minutes, and the Denver Tech Center is about 15 minutes by car.
